Como varios negocios lo han mencionado, Esta empresa retira dinero de tu prespuesto sin tu concentimiento costandote mucho mas de lo que pensabas, despues de invertir mas de 300 000 pesos en la misma me di cuenta que hacian esto a las espaldas del cliente. lo pude percibir ya que habia alimentado alrededor de 2000 pesos y el dia seguiente tenia -1500, no solo eso pero decidieron cerrarme el acceso a la aplicacion sin previo aviso presuntamente para que no me diera cuenta de esto. Al contactar multiples representantes, todos me mencionaron diferentes historias, algunos me dijeron que habia sido por paquetes que no habian sido cobrados, otros porque un cargo de la tarjeta no habia pasado, y otro porque habia un contracargo del banco. tenia un representante asignado llamado Jose martinez y nisiquiera me conteto cuando lo contacte, pareceria que esto lo hacen comunmente con clientes que invierten grandes cantidades para que no se den cuenta. Adicionalmente el servicio a cliente es increiblemente frustante, todos contestan lo que se les viene a la mente. y nunca hacen valer el seguro que la empresa ofrece, simeplemente culpan a la paqueteria de un servicio que es garantizado por envia. Afortunadamente un conocido que llego a trabajar en la empresa me envio imágenes de mi cuenta con la cual puedo comprobar que restaron estos montos de mi cuenta, ya hay una queja en proceso con la profeco y proximamente con shopify.
