EDIT: After a few days, the technical gremlins seemed to have been sorted and we have now successfully reinstalled the app without any problems whatsoever. Support has been fantastic in assisting and keeping us updated during this period and also with the installation. Must particularly thank Austin who got the widget beautifully matching our store theme. So, now a definite 5-star rating, Good idea but I don't think it is suitable for use in the United Kingdom. Was told that I needed to enter payment details to stop it showing the offset in $, but having done that it made no difference. In fact, I couldn't get it to display in our cart despite setting it up several times. Wondered if I might need to enter my bank information as well, but couldn't as it doesn't recognise UK banks. On top of all this, the Admin side of things is painfully slow. Show more
This app is great for a multitude of reasons. Integration was easy; although I had a double-cart issue, it was quickly resolved with no unnecessary fuss at all. Customer service support, especially from Austin, was prompt and helpful. The company recognizes customer feedback and works on viable recommendations to make the app better and more beneficial.
