I never leave reviews for apps and probably never will again but this one is worth it. We launched last November and getting out ahead of stolen packages and customer claims and/or delivery fraud wasn't actually top of mind with everything we had going on as a new small eCommerce business. Luckily we haven't had the misfortune of learning the hard way up until this point, but after a friend recommended this app, my hope is we never will. I had no idea this technology existed.
