Around my 50% products are not getting fetch through your portal, and even i am not getting the service from you guys, I want to cancel the service and want the refund. You can take the amount for the one which are been pushed to shopify account i ma okay for that, around 8500 products only 4200 are been pushed to shopify. App charges for fetching the product to their portal, but not all of them get fetched to your shopify account and that is unfair. If you are charging, or else it is better you charge for the one which are successfully fetched to Shopify. Show more
