I am very disappointed with how influencers are handling brand collaborations on the Shopify Collab. Many influencers send their applications, and after accepting some of them, I sent gifts. They received the gifts but failed to post or share stories about the products. They also do not respond to emails or Instagram messages. Additionally, there is no option to rate these creators/influencers, which allows them to act unaccountably. Show more

I will reconsider my review when "influencers" can be rated and reported for failing to comply with agreed terms. I do not want to give free gifts to random individuals and then be ghosted!!! Show more
Improvements I would like to see is better search/filtering capabilities of the affiliates listed in the recruiting section of the app. Also, once an affiliate has joined the program, I wish it was easier for the affiliates to set up their automatic payments. Currently, it looks like the affiliates have to create a separate Hyperwallet account to get paid automatic commissions. I was hoping the affiliates could just enter their PayPal email address.
