They’re always quick to respond and genuinely helpful (whatever it is by email or live message --- I'm not sure when they sleep ahaha). We worked together on a few key improvements, like multi-currency support, and now everything runs smoothly whether the order comes from our dealers in the US, Canada, or even Australia. The customizable b2b registration form is another major highlight – clean, flexible, and easy to tailor to our brand. This form can be also translated. You just need to create a second one using the same style, but with your translation. Once done, use the code tfor the translated one and add it in your translation application. Easy peasy!!! So glad we finally found a reliable solution to handle our B2B orders. Highly recommend this app to any business looking for a powerful wholesale tool.
When the product first came out, it was very basic. Over time, it has started to provide more detailed service. Now it meets almost all of my b2b needs. Bonus: When you get in touch, you get very fast support and they immediately take your suggestions into consideration and find solutions. Definitely worth it.
