Works great, we always wanted to offer our B2B customers an option to charge on account on our website. This is a vers effective and cheap way of doing it (no need to develop intergation between shopify and the ERP). When the customer calls us for the first time, we just need to add the tags to their customer account in shopify, they refresh their cart and boom, they can complete the order without paying. We were even able to put some automatic discounts based on the tags (i.e. 15%). Show more
May2023 update: trying to remove app and it breaks my checkout. CML team had to make customizations to get it to work right therefore removal is not working. Frustrating as many emails attempts were made to confirm uninstall would work. Needed special assistance from CML team to remove June 2022 UPDATE: you might need several customizations however they are very responsive.. ORIGINAL REVIEW: One of the only options in the App Store however beware that you will have an issue with customer notes not pushing to the CML order. CML has its own notes section later in the checkout process and and notes added in the native Shopify cart are lost. The team has a fix for this however you will need to ask them to implement the special code modifications for you and can be lost with any theme updates. The fix should not be custom code, it should be permanently fixed within their App however the team is very responsive at implementing the custom change. Ankit has helped get these issues resolved. I installed this app on 4/18. Upon installing the app I noticed how the grammar and spelling errors throughout lend to confusion on what needs to go into a given field. The way it’s worded could mean a few different things. Next, I saw that you need to edit and paste code into a line to get payment methods to show up, in my case a net30 pay later. It gives a screen shot of where the code needs to be pasted, but that section doesn’t exist in my code. I’m not sure if it’s a theme issue, or if instructions were written prior to an update, but I cannot paste the code where it tells me. I emailed support the same day, 4/18, and I never heard back from the developer. They only give a 4-day free trial, so here I am at full 4 days and no response. I’m uninstalling the app since I’ve received no customer service whatsoever, and I’m definitely not paying $10 just to see if it might work for our needs when I can’t get any support response. Beyond that, I suggest you have someone go over your app and fix all the confusing grammar, and the spelling mistakes so at least it looks more professional and is less confusing. I’d also recommend more than a 4-day free trial. Standard seems to be 7-14 days. If I had a week or two maybe we could've gotten somewhere. Show more
