Tried more than 100 apps and Cart King is 100% the best I've tried. If you want to use their Gift Feature it is perfect, they also have many other features that have helped my business grow. Customer service is outstanding. They have helped me trouble shoot my website for errors, put the offer up in the basket as I wanted and helped me with it all in the chat for over 2 hours, completely free. I highly recommend CartKing to anybody who is looking for an APP to offer free Gifts. You are able to set up rules, and varients ( coming soon!) because I have asked for this option, and the style and colours of the drawer (drop down). There are also other options to enable if you so wish to! I have been in touch with the APP developer when I needed to ask specific questions, and he replied every time to help me achieve my goal. He was awesome ! Even sent me videos to help me, and also a video call. I value the service CartKing has given me, an excellent quality, and very rare these days!
