UPDATE: Matt reached out to me directly, apparently I received a wrong automatic message saying the app had no support. My issue has been solved and I have updated the review accordingly. OLD REVIEW: The app has no support at all. When you send them an email you get the following message: As of Dec 2018, this email address is not monitored and will no longer create support tickets. Seems like it did what is supposed to, however some of the account invite links didn't seem to work for some of our customers. Show more

Awesome time saver. Made it easy to send bulk invites to my customers who had created an account on my old Opencart site, to activate accounts on my new Shopify site. I like that you can send to customer groups by tag so that you can tailor the wording of your email. Matt was also extremely responsive to support emails. 4 starts, only because I wish it was easier (for those of us that don't know HTML) to format the email and make it look a bit more attractive and on brand. Good app though and I would recommend it. Show more
