This is my second post. This time it was a separate issue that I couldn't handle on my end, so I reached out via chat. The chat response was incredibly fast (faster than my replies), and they addressed the issue immediately. It was a real lifesaver. There was an issue with the Japanese text on the cart screen being too long and causing distortion when viewed on a mobile screen.
