To be honest with you I was so surprised that this app was free, it has so many features, some better than the paid apps I had already tried. For a newbie with using apps with my Shopify store I have found this to be easy to setup and configure. When I did get a little stuck a couple of times the Live Chat was amazing, they addressed all of my questions clearly and walked me through everything I didn't understand.
