This app helps to streamline the dropshipping process. When we discovered a problem with a supplier invoice we used the chat where we instantly chatted with a real person. They took the time to understand the issue, asked a member of their team when the query was out of their area of knowledge and they came back very quickly with a solid answer. I love this App. This is my only supplier of the home decor section of my store. While some of the items are a bit expensive, the quality offered is excellent.
