So, this is going to be a long review, if you're just deciding if its worth it just read this: I've saved hundreds of dollars just because with this app I'm able to use the rates Canada Post gives to small businesses (which are way way better than what Shopify offers) Don't get fooled, Shopify's "discounted rates" are a ripoff (at least for Canada Post which is what I've used) So, buy this app, it will pay for itself even if you only send two packages per month! I bought this app because I fell in love with the Canada Post app these developers created for woocommerce. Without second thoughts I bought it. I should say that their Shopify app is not as perfect as the one for woocommerce, with the other app I never had issues. With this app it has so many things that needed to be adjusted.... like the labels printing in multiple pages, wrong rates displayed in the app, or multiple packages generated for a single order, I feel that I had to contact the support team so many times!!! That been said, the support team is great, they're willing to help you out and won't give up until you're satisfied, they've helped me through email, chat, and even zoom call! I'm just starting out and hope that now that I already went through all these issues I don't have to bother them again, but even if I have too, I know they'll be great. So if you're looking for an app that will save you hundreds of dollars, with awesome support, this is the one!!!! Show more

Great app! We originally found it because we have our own UPS account and use UPS SurePost to ship a lot. The Shopify platform doesn't support SurePost, but Multi Carrier Shipping Label does! The app works seamlessly with everything we have going on and the few issues that have come up and quickly been resolved after contacting support. Highly recommend this app! Show more

We are migrating from WooCommerce to Shopify and love this App in WooCommerce and now love it in Shopify too. The App provides both front end customer shipping interface and the backend shipping administrative tool. We tried several other good Apps but they only handled the front end or the back end. Our shipping is somewhat complex, The App allowed us to input our product dimensions and customer box sizes and then shows the customer the optimum rates for the shipping methods we are offering (Ground, Next Day Air, etc). The App allowed us to set Signature Services by product. The App also allowed us to set up Shipping Zones by state (our product has to be permitted by state). PluginHives customer service has been exceptional. WooCommerce and Shopify take very different approaches to how they allow their Apps to work so I leaned heavily on PluginHive's customer service as we made the switch. Show more
