After having used some other popular subscription solutions, we highly recommend Loop. There are other decent solutions out their, but based on price, support, functionality, and ease-of-use, we believe Loop is the best by far. The Loop team is incredible - they're so helpful and responsive. We have many subscribers, and migrating to a new subscription platform was daunting. But Loop made it easy and was very proactive about getting us through each step. Dealing with my old subscription provider could be frustrating because you have to go through their chatbot and then submit a ticket. But with the Loop team, we were able to get on Zoom right away, and they will never leave you hanging. The application itself is 100x more user-friendly than our old subscription provider. Show more

It has been a fantastic experience working with Loop. Support team is extremely knowledgable and action-oriented. I reported a small, harmless bug where a dashboard wasn't loading in numbers, and they created an entire report / investigation into why it happened. They really do care about their merchants.
